Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately for some reason you have to cancel an order that you have already placed, you need not worry much. Here are the norms followed by us in such a case:

  1. If you cancel your order after your product has shipped:

Once your product is shipped, you can cancel the order within 3 days of it being shipped by writing to,support@knotsandkrafts.com citing reasons for cancellation. On the cancellation being accepted, you will be refunded the entire order amount after deducting the to-and-fro shipping charges at actuals (from us to you and back to us). In the event the product has already been delivered within that time, you will need to ship it back to us at your own cost. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment was made within 15 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Transaction charges and other related charges and taxes if any charged by your bank/credit card company in case of cancellations of completed orders will have to be borne by you.

  1. Cancellations will unfortunately not be accepted beyond 3 days of your product being shipped

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

In case your package returns (RTO) for any of the following reasons, 2 way shipping cost [in case of free shipping, shipping cost will be calculated at actual] will be deducted from your refund amount:

  1. Consignee address incorrect.
  2. Consignee phone incorrect.
  3. Consignee not available.
  4. Consignee refused to accept.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
